By downloading, accessing, or using the Vocab Learn application , you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use . If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Vocab Learn is a vocabulary acquisition platform designed to help users expand their vocabulary through engaging games, customizable word packages, and various learning tools. The App includes features such as Lock Screen Learning, Customizable Notifications, Quick Review Widget, and access to user-published vocabulary packs.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that interferes with the operation of the App. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: Uploading or sharing content that is illegal, offensive, or violates any third-party rights. Users may create and share their own vocabulary packs. By submitting content to the App, you grant NafunTech a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, and display your content. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NafunTech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: Your use or inability to use the App; Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
